Description |
This iconic bottle is considered without a doubt among the world's finest expressions of Sauvignon.
The unique refinement in glass tanks allows us to preserve the purity and the particular characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc grown along the right bank of the Loire. A wine obtained from grapes coming from the oldest vines in the area, with an age of around thirty years or more, with very low yields but with fruits endowed with great intensity and richness. Soil rich in clay that gives the grapes a characteristic mineral verticality, as well as an acidity that allows a long aging to these bottles that will give a peculiar smoky scent.
Domaine Baron de Ladoucette is among the great producers of white wines from the Loire Valley; and this is a wine of great value. A label intended for important occasions, for dinners with a special menu, which call for the accompaniment of a great white wine, elegant, intense and refined.
