Raven

Corvina is a red grape variety from Veneto and a fundamental basis for Valpolicella wines, including the most famous Amarone. It is also possible to produce wines using only Corvina Veronese as a blend, which are no longer included in the Valpolicella regulations but are IGT. The grapes can be vinified both fresh and dried.
