Description
|
Jermann's Sauvignon is a white wine that is an authentic and classic expression of the Sauvignon grape, vinified purely in Friuli.
The Sauvignon from the Jermann winery shines with a very lively and intense straw yellow. The nose evokes citrus sensations, passion fruit, fresh mint and tomato leaf with a finish of intense elderflower. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied, elegant, fresh and savoury that ends with pleasantly balsamic hints. In pairings it can range from dishes with quality raw materials, primarily fish such as salmon, to simple preparations. A wine capable of leaving its mark!
