Sangiovese

Sangiovese

Sangiovese is one of the most important Italian vines, the most widespread in Italy. If well cultivated, with low yields, it can be the wine with the perfect balance, with very refined, floral aromas, but fragile. For this reason, care is needed when it is blended with other vines and especially during the ripening of the bunch, which must be slow, so that the tannins evolve gradually.
