Ideal bottle to accompany an aperitif or delicate and classy dishes.
The Maison's estate extends over 24 hectares, with some particularly valuable vines, which are over 40 years old. The Chardonnay grapes come from some parcels located in the Premier Cru of Vertus.

Winemaking and Refinement |
After a soft pressing, the must ferments partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in used oak barrels. After a period of refinement, 30% of reserve wines are added to the base wines of the year, which give maturity and harmony to the blend. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a rest sur lattes of at least four years. |
Tasting Notes
|
It has a bright and brilliant light yellow color, with a very fine, delicate and continuous perlage. The bouquet is elegant and refined, with floral scents, notes of citrus peel, lime, grapefruit, aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit, green apple, peach and hints of iodine. On the palate it is creamy, soft and intense, with a rich fruit and good complexity, which anticipates a very fresh and savoury finish. |
