Description
The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero "Annamaria Clementi" by Ca' del Bosco is the sparkling wine dedicated by Maurizio Zanella to his mother, the founder of the winery that bears the name. The result of great care to obtain only the best from the grapes and from everything that happens in the winery, this reserve is exclusive and, in all respects, one of the symbols of sparkling wine with regard to the caliber of the evolutionary capacities expressed over time. The Cuvée Annamaria Clementi has become one of the points of reference for the entire Franciacorta panorama, a symbol of a winery and an oenological pearl of the entire Italian sparkling wine heritage.

Winemaking and Refinement
The selected musts are first pressing and are vinified in small oak barrels, chosen with rigorous selection of the raw material that composes them and with a maturation of at least 3 years. The wine will rest for another 6 months sur lies and undergo malolactic fermentation. A demanding selection allows us to choose the best among the 28 base wines that will make up Annamaria Clementi; which will be assembled by gravity in a specific container. Then follows the refermentation in the bottle and the refinement on the yeasts for a good 101 months.
