Taste sensations
|
The result is a particularly elegant Brunello Riserva with a complex personality. The nose reveals hints that slowly reveal themselves, from licorice, to coffee, to plum jam and tobacco, ending with a light note of violet. The refined structure is in perfect balance with the acid part, which excellently supports the long persistence.
