Bisol - Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore "Jeio" Brut cl75
Bisol1542 – Cuvée Eroiche Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG 75cl
A Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut that tells the story of the heroic hills of Valdobbiadene with a contemporary touch: fresh, savory, fragrant, and characterized by a fine, persistent perlage.
Bisol1542 Cuvée Eroiche Brut is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG born from the historic experience of Bisol, a family linked to viticulture in Valdobbiadene for over five centuries. Cuvée Eroiche interprets the territory in a transversal way, through a blend of different vintages and grapes from different areas of the denomination, enhancing the variety of soils, exposures, and microclimates.
The cuvée is composed primarily of Glera (85%), accompanied by a portion of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay. Vinification involves secondary fermentation in pressurized tanks according to the Martinotti/Charmat Method; a portion of the must is added to the blend before the second fermentation, helping to enhance the aromatic component, freshness, and fragrance of the wine.
In the glass, it presents a straw yellow color, accompanied by a fine and lively perlage. The aromatic profile recalls white flowers, pear, crisp apple, and citrus, with delicate herbaceous and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and slender, with a pleasant savory and mineral component and a dry, persistent, citrusy finish.
The name Cuvée Eroiche ("Heroic Cuvée") refers to the viticulture on the steep hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, where the layout of the vineyards makes many cultivation tasks particularly challenging. The bottle's graphic design evokes this landscape through a watercolor illustration of the heroic hills.
