This Trebbiano Spoletino is born in the vineyards of the Di Filippo agricultural company on land located on the Umbrian hills. For over twenty years the company has been committed to producing wines in organic farming with passion and conviction. Production is limited to approximately 4500 bottles per year. Vegan ! A wine whose winemaking process does not include the use of animal proteins. The grapes are produced in a vineyard cultivated almost entirely with horses. The grapes are produced in a vineyard within which there is a breeding of geese, used to weed and fertilize the soil! It is a technique of Agroforestry which is based on the synergy of multiple crops and livestock activities. Wine unfiltered . A wine of extraordinary complexity, a Trebbiano out of the ordinary. |
