This IGT is born in the vineyards of the Di Filippo agricultural company in the hilly lands of the Umbrian countryside. For over twenty years the company has been committed to producing wines in Organic Farming with passion and conviction. Vegan ! Wine whose winemaking process does not include the use of animal proteins. The grapes are produced in a vineyard cultivated almost entirely with horses. It is an agroforestry technique that is based on the synergy of multiple crops and livestock activities.
Wine obtained using Montepulciano and Cornetta grapes strictly from organic farming. A rosé wine with a surprising character, it caresses the palate with a velvety sensation without lacking in juicy vivacity. An excellent companion at the table thanks to its versatility. |
