Feudo Antico – Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOP 75cl

A fresh, fruity, and versatile Abruzzo rosé, characterized by intense cherry aromas and delicate floral notes. Soft and harmonious on the palate, Feudo Antico's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is ideal for pairing with Mediterranean cuisine, fish dishes, and regional traditional specialties.

The Feudo Antico Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOP originates in Abruzzo, a territory with a long winemaking tradition, where the Montepulciano grape variety represents one of the most recognizable symbols of regional oenology. Feudo Antico, based in Tollo, in the province of Chieti, highlights local varieties through wines that express character, pleasantness, and local identity.

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is a rosé obtained primarily from Montepulciano grapes. Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in steel allow for the preservation of fruit freshness and the finesse of the aromatic profile, giving life to a balanced and approachable wine that is nonetheless rich in personality.

In the glass, it presents with a bright cherry-pink color, enriched by violet hues. The bouquet is intensely fruity, with clear hints of cherry accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, soft, and harmonious, with a delicate structure and a velvety finish that invites the next sip.

Thanks to its freshness and gastronomic versatility, Feudo Antico's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is an ideal choice for those who desire an Italian rosé capable of accompanying a meal from aperitif to main courses, with a particular affinity for flavors of the sea and Abruzzo cuisine.
