Winemaking and Refinement

VINIFICATION: With the red maceration technique at a controlled temperature of 16° to 28°C for a period of 8-15 days. REFINEMENT: Briefly in stainless steel tanks, then in oak barrels of different origins (Slavonian and French), until bottling. |

Organoleptic examination

Bright ruby red in colour with purple hues. Frank, wild bouquet of violet, morello cherry, small fruits and hints of leather. Dry, well-structured, warm flavour with spicy sensations of excellent persistence.
