The Trento DOC Cuvée Pietra Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut by Tenuta San Leonardo is born in the high hillside vineyards of Trentino, where the alpine climate and significant temperature fluctuations allow for the creation of sparkling wine bases of extraordinary elegance.
Produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this label represents the excellence of Trentino's classic method. Tenuta San Leonardo, renowned for its wines of great finesse, interprets Trento DOC with precision, balance, and personality.
After white vinification, secondary fermentation takes place according to the Classic Method with 36 months of aging on the lees, which imparts aromatic complexity, a fine perlage, and great gustatory harmony.
The result is an elegant and mineral sparkling wine, ideal for refined aperitifs and classy gastronomic pairings.
