Colosi's Na'Jm Malvasia delle Lipari DOC Passito is one of the most representative sweet wines of Sicily, produced in the fascinating Aeolian Islands from Malvasia delle Lipari grapes with a small percentage of Corinto Nero.

The Colosi family, protagonists of Aeolian viticulture for generations, enhances a unique territory made of volcanic soils, intense sun, and sea breezes, ideal conditions for the production of great passito wines.

The grapes are hand-picked and left to dry naturally in the sun to concentrate sugars and aromas. Vinification takes place with controlled fermentation, followed by a period of aging that allows the wine to develop complexity and harmony.

The result is a sweet wine of great aromatic intensity, elegant, and persistent, perfect for special tasting moments.
