The Langhe Nebbiolo DOC "Angelin" 2023 by Angelo Negro is a Piedmontese red wine that authentically expresses the character of Nebbiolo grown in the Langhe and Roero. Produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, this wine is the result of traditional vinification and refinement that preserves its freshness and varietal elegance.
The grapes are harvested manually at the end of September and subjected to traditional maceration in steel with a floating cap for 15-18 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for about 2 months, mainly in stainless steel with a small part in large barrels, to preserve the varietal purity and freshness of Nebbiolo.
