Tenuta San Leonardo's San Leonardo 2019 is a red wine of extraordinary elegance and longevity, considered one of Italy's most refined Bordeaux blends. Produced in the historic estate of Avio, in Trentino, it is born from an assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, and Merlot, vinified separately and aged in barriques to best express the unique character of the Alpine terroir.

🍇 Vinification and Aging
The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately with spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks for 15–18 days, accompanied by daily pump-overs and délestage. After aging in barriques, the wines are blended and further aged in bottle for at least one year, achieving a complex structure and harmonious balance.
