Description |
Sarpa di Poli is the grappa that best summarizes and communicates the values of the Venetian tradition. It wants to be an ambassador in the world of good Venetian grappa and its vocation is evident in its name: in Venetian dialect, the grape marc is called 'sarpe'. Having become the symbol of the historic Poli distillery, Sarpa grappa is now considered, more than 25 years after its creation, synonymous with tradition and quality. It was conceived to be straightforward and bold, like the homemade grappas of the past, but without the defects that characterized them, including oiliness and aggressiveness. It is obtained from Cabernet (40%) and Merlot (60%) pomace, appreciated for its floral and delicately herbaceous aroma, with a virile and generous taste even if less pungent than traditional dry grappas. |
