Natural, organic and biodynamic wines
A wine is defined as organic when it comes from 100% organic grapes grown excluding the use of synthetic chemical agents in the vineyards, artificial chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides and various herbicides. While in the cellar the vinification must take place with the limited use of sulphites and certified organic oenological products .
Much attention has been paid to this aspect in recent years, both for the concept of drinking products that are as genuine as possible, but also to safeguard the environment and ecosystems by producing a minimal impact on biodiversity.
In this collection we include products that fall within these standards.
Some wines do not have the BIO certification, they are often small producers of "artisans" who deliberately do not activate the bureaucratic process to obtain the certifications. But we know for sure that they bring to our tables truly healthy and genuine products!
