Bombino
Bombino Bianco is one of the most important varieties in the south of our peninsula, with Puglia being the main crop, although good areas can be found in Lazio, Marche, Abruzzo and Emilia-Romagna. It is suitable for use as a blending wine, to reinforce other weaker white wines, and grows best on dry, light, siliceous or calcareous soils, well exposed and possibly on hills.
