Description |
NumeroZero is an excellent Franciacorta for the Muratori family, a Dosaggio Zero that expresses in the glass the distinctive character of pure Chardonnay grown on the morainic and hilly soils of Franciacorta. The absence of dosage requires meticulous work in the vineyard with adequate selection and careful evaluation to bring particularly ripe and rich grapes, capable of finding the right harmony on their own during the refinement period, without the help of sugar in the dosage.
Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero NumeroZero by Muratori is the expression of the purity and aromatic integrity of the grape, without any added sugar to soften its taste profile. It is the label dedicated to those who love the dry, vertical and austere, clear and linear, deep and tense Classic Method. It is a tribute to the authentic essence of Franciacorta, brought to the glass with maximum interpretative transparency. It is the estate's symbolic wine, the one that best expresses its philosophy, based on the desire to always enhance the character of the terroir and the grapes, trying to bring their best characteristics to the fore.

Origin and Name |
Adro, Brescia Franciacorta DOCG |
Winemaking and Refinement |
At the end of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, so as to extract only the free-run must. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 °C and to a small extent in barriques and large barrels. The base wines mature on the lees, partly in steel and partly in wood, undergoing partial malolactic fermentation, before being assembled to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with refinement on the lees for at least 18 months. |
