An international grape variety that has found in this Friulian territory an environment capable of characterising and enhancing it. Warm and mineral wine with a pleasant spicy aftertaste. Excellent character that allows it to enhance itself with the passing of the years, with proper storage it can evolve up to 4-5 years.

VINIFICATION: With the red maceration technique at a controlled temperature of 16° to 28°C for a period of 8-15 days. REFINEMENT: Briefly in stainless steel tanks, then in oak barrels of different origins (Slavonian and French), until bottling. |

Organoleptic examination
|
Ruby red in colour, more or less intense depending on the vintage, overall brilliant. Complex, impactful, pleasantly spicy aroma with hints of black cherry, small berries, green pepper and dry hay. With a well-structured, warm, slightly tannic flavour, the palate features raspberries and blackberries accompanied by a light hint of violet.
