An international grape variety that has found in this Friulian territory an environment capable of characterising and enhancing it. A warm and enveloping wine, able to unite everyone at the table! Excellent character that allows it to enhance itself with the passing of the years, with the right conservation it can evolve up to 4-5 years.

VINIFICATION: With the red maceration technique at a controlled temperature of 16° to 28°C for a period of 8-15 days. REFINEMENT: Briefly in stainless steel tanks, then in oak barrels of different origins (Slavonian and French), until bottling. |

Organoleptic examination
|
Ruby red in colour, more or less intense depending on the vintage, overall brilliant. Well-pronounced, enveloping aromas with clear sensations of morello cherry, blackberry and violets accompanied by spicy notes. Dry, full-bodied, rightly tannic, warm and full-bodied, with a persistent finish.
