Winemaking and Refinement

VINIFICATION: In thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks for 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 16° to 20°C. REFINING: Storage in the cellar in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 12°C -15°C on its fine lees, stabilization in cold storage before bottling. |

Pleasant bright light straw yellow colour. Fruity green apple, with hints of fresh wild flowers. The citrus freshness typical of this grape variety combines with a pleasant thirst-quenching mineral note.
