Description
|
Tenuta I Fauri is located in the heart of the province of Chieti, the southernmost in Abruzzo, among the hills that descend from the Maiella to the Adriatic. Tenuta i Fauri is not simply the brand of a company: it is first and foremost a family that has been dedicated to viticulture for years, the Di Camillo family that has looked after these lands for generations. We are 250 meters above sea level, an altitude that characterizes the Teatine hills. The vineyards are managed according to the principles of integrated pest management, halfway between conventional and organic agriculture, limiting defense interventions to a minimum. Produced in the vineyards of Ari and Villamagna, the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo “Baldovino”, produced by Tenuta i Fauri, is a red wine that focuses entirely on the fruit and on those nuances given by the territory and the season. Left to rest for five months in steel, it is a tasty and youthful Montepulciano, direct, immediate but of great quality at the same time. For more informal occasions, it is a red that you will find simply perfect, capable of wonderfully accompanying the daily table as well as conviviality with friends.
