Description

Habemus Etichetta Bianca is a majestic wine. The owner Marco Casolanetti, already owner of Oasi degli Angeli, works with very low yields so as to concentrate aromas and extracts in a few fruits, harvested at full ripeness.
In the case of Habemus, the chosen vines are Grenache, Syrah, Carignano and Tempranillo, all capable of providing a generous and well-defined aromatic contribution. Concentrated, deep, impactful liquids, and certainly fascinating and involving, for their persuasiveness and pleasantness of drink. Needless to say, there are many admirers and fewer bottles, therefore it is worth making room in the cellar!

The grapes, which are harvested manually, are the result of a very careful selection of bush vines planted at 300-400 meters above sea level on clay soil with southern exposure. Marco's philosophy in the vineyard has always been aimed at respecting the varieties and the system, therefore the plants are not treated with any chemical or synthetic substances. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentation continues in steel containers and aging for 20 months in new barriques, followed by at least 6 months in the bottle.

The Habemus Etichetta Bianca wine reveals itself in the glass with an extremely dark and impenetrable ruby red color. A very broad nose, on which a particularly fit taster could linger for hours: cocoa, tobacco, plum, cinnamon, black pepper outline what is a true aromatic triumph. The tasting is no less, and is that of a true thoroughbred. Power, richness and concentration, in a wonderful balance between extractive part and freshness. The finish is very long, for what is almost a liquid for meditation, or to be drunk on important occasions.
