| Description | For over twenty years the company has been committed to producing organic wines with passion and conviction. Production is limited to approximately 3500 bottles per year. Vegan ! A wine whose winemaking process does not include the use of animal proteins. The grapes are produced in a vineyard cultivated almost entirely with horses. The grapes are produced in a vineyard within which there is a breeding of geese, used to weed and fertilize the soil! It is an Agroforestry technique that is based on the synergy of multiple crops and livestock activities. Wine with no added sulphites and unfiltered . NONSO2 Rosso is a completely natural wine, unstabilized and unfiltered, which remains alive in every taste, with an ever-new flavor. Produced entirely with Sagrantino, known for the Montefalco wine of the same name from which it is obtained, notoriously characterised by great power and personality. The challenge was to master the tannic exuberance of the grape variety, producing a wine ready a few months after the harvest, preserving its freshness and exploiting the natural content of polyphenols. To this end, great attention was paid to post-maceration carried out on the internal berry for several days without pumping over. The resulting wine is pleasant, attracting with its colour, aromas and taste. |
