This Montefalco Rosso is born in the vineyards of the Di Filippo farm in the hilly lands of the Umbrian countryside. For over twenty years the company has been committed to producing wines in Organic Farming with passion and conviction. Vegan ! Wine whose winemaking process does not include the use of animal proteins. The grapes are produced in a vineyard cultivated almost entirely with horses. It is an agroforestry technique that is based on the synergy of multiple crops and livestock activities.
Produced with Sangiovese, Barbera and Sagrantino grapes. A wine with great structure suitable for aging. It pleasantly accompanies meals based on red meats, cured meats and cheeses. |
