Description |
This precious Montepulciano is born with each new harvest; a wine with a name rooted in the territory to which it belongs. The term Bajo originates from the oldest street in the historic center of Loreto Aprutino, inspired by the dark brown color of the coats of the horses that traveled it. Selected vineyards with medium-calcareous clay soil are the origin of a true classic of Abruzzo winemaking. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine rests for 6 months in oak barrels; a brief refinement in the bottle follows. This intense red from Abruzzo has purple hues and a bouquet of red fruits finished with spicy notes. An ideal companion for grilled meat and classic dishes of Abruzzo gastronomy such as, for example, timballo. Product suitable for vegan consumption. |
