HARVEST 2012
2012 was a complex vintage, characterized by alternating temperatures significantly above or below average.
After an uncertain start due to the high rainfall in April, the season continued on a stable path with an August marked by very high temperatures. The harvest in the Chardonnay vineyards began at the end of August, in line with recent years.
The grapes were at a perfect level of ripeness with an extremely interesting quality. Quantitatively, the production was lower than average due to the
lower weight of the bunches.
