Malvasia
Malvasia is one of those families of vines so large that it becomes difficult to talk about it. The 17 varieties in Italy alone differ so much from each other that they range from grapes with a barely noticeable aroma to others that are decidedly aromatic. In Lazio, for example, it is an interesting vine on the rise, which is used in many blends of classic Roman wines, such as the DOC Frascati, and is almost considered an indigenous vine.
