The southern shores of Lake Garda have always preserved the tradition of a graceful, fresh and gentle wine like Rosa dei Frati. A high-level Rosato capable of surprising with its simple authority. Fresh and delicate but incisive, it is capable of being the protagonist of the table. On the nose it highlights hints of hawthorn flowers, green apple, white almond and wild cherry. On the palate it is tasty, fresh, savoury and capable of stimulating the palate thanks to its lively acidity and hints of small red fruits. The ease of drinking invites you to the next glass with a carefree attitude. Recommended with not excessively fatty cured meats, fried vegetables, mushrooms, tomato and mozzarella salad, delicate pasta and spring risottos, light white meats and fish with a more decisive processing. |

Winemaking and Refinement |
Vinification in steel with brief macerative contact of the skins. The refinement lasts 6 months in steel with the presence of fine yeasts. Its journey ends with a further refinement in the bottle for at least 2 months.

Tasting Notes
|
With a pleasant bright pink colour. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a lively acidity and a delicious aftertaste of red fruits. On the nose it opens with pleasant hints of white flowers enriched by notes of white-fleshed fruits, almonds and cherries.
