Description |
BY OTT represent the desire of Domaines Ott to offer a highly typical product, a perfect introduction to Provence.
With a good percentage of Grenache, this rosé is a joyful wine, more festive than solemn. We appreciate its notes of fresh fruit and citrus, its exotic touch, as well as its light and lively character. It is a rosé for aperitifs, for light meals. A contemporary pleasure for all occasions! Wines from old vines and noble grape varieties, crafted according to tradition. The Côtes de Provence Rosé 'BY OTT' comes from vines planted on the slopes among the cypress trees and rose bushes characteristic of the region. The blend is typical of the Côtes de Provence denomination of origin: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The result is a wine of great freshness and immediacy, very pleasant, all to drink. |

To the eye it appears pale but bright pink. The nose is varied and opens with hints of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and apricot, citrus fruits and peach blossoms, with a light spicy background that is confirmed on the palate.
