Description |
The most representative Vermentino for the Lunae company, produced from vines with an average age of 35 years grown between Liguria and Tuscany. A fresh white, with vegetal and floral hints, a pleasant mineral note, this white stands out for being able to combine easy drinking without lacking in structure and complexity of the sip. An exemplary Vermentino, aged only in steel vats, which represents the best expression of this grape variety. A must for those who love white wines with character.

Pairings |
The structure of the wine makes it particularly suitable for traditional Ligurian dishes such as testaroli with mushrooms, Ligurian-style stuffed, anchovy tarts and stuffed squid. However, it does not disdain pairings with white meats and vegetables.
