Description |
A Franciacorta with a strong and stimulating character. A wine that represents a challenge for the company, desired and won! tame a grape defined as "difficult" by forcing it to offer itself to the most demanding palates without any dosage!
The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG “Cisiolo” by Muratori is distinguished by its freshness that combines well with its flavor and a sinuous and elegant perlage. In the Middle Ages, Cisiolo indicated an effervescent wine produced from red grapes. At least 18 months on the lees for a Franciacorta with a strong and very, very stimulating character. |
Grapes used |
100% Pinot Noir |
Origin and Name |
Adro, Brescia Franciacorta DOCG |
Winemaking and Refinement |
At the end of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, so as to extract only the free-run must. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 °C and to a small extent in barriques and large barrels. The base wines mature on the lees, partly in steel and partly in wood, before being assembled to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with refinement on the lees for at least 18 months. |
