Description |
Jacopo Poli's Grappa di Bassano Barrique is obtained from artisanal distillation, in small batches, with a discontinuous cycle still, and has been patiently stored in the Distillery's underground cellars in small French oak barrels. A tribute to Bassano del Grappa, the capital of Grappa, and to the Poli Grappa Museum located in front of the Ponte Vecchio, symbol of the city, designed by the architect Andrea Palladio in the 16th century. |
