Description

The Barbera grape variety made its first appearance on the hills of Langa in the early 1900s, when, throughout the region, the difficult reconstruction of vineyards destroyed by phylloxera was undertaken.
Due to its rusticity, it adapts well to the environment and the particular composition of the soil in the area, thus becoming a cornerstone of the Piedmontese wine offering.

Vinification and maturation exclusively in steel for the Barbera d'Alba of the Sordo winery. A wine characterized by an easy and smooth drink, typical of the grape variety and therefore fragrant, vinous and fruity. It is a Barbera that expresses a beautiful harmony, both in the aromas and in the tastes. We find it perfect to pair as a first wine for a land appetizer but its simplicity and flavor can accompany the entire meal without fear. A young Barbera, direct and without frills, for a sip to fully enjoy without thinking too much!
