Vinification and Refinement |
Vinification takes place Cru by cru, variety by variety, in stainless steel tanks. From 5 to 10% of the wine is vinified in old Burgundy oak barrels. |

TO THE EYE A deep golden robe characterized by a delicate, orchestrated and persistent effervescence. Fruit of a slow and long maturation in chalk cellars. TO THE SMELL The 50% reserve wines deliver an elegant nose: freshly baked brioche, toasted notes and sun-kissed ripe fruit – mango, apricot, mirabelle plum – as well as dried fruit, pistachio and almond. ON THE PALATE The texture evokes the crunchiness of a layer of creamy nougat, with plump fruits such as plums and cherries. The softness is given by the selection of reserve wines.
