Description |
This IGT is born in the vineyards of the Di Filippo agricultural company in the hilly lands of the Umbrian countryside. For over twenty years the company has been committed to producing wines in Organic Farming with passion and conviction. Vegan ! Wine whose winemaking process does not include the use of animal proteins. The grapes are produced in a vineyard cultivated almost entirely with horses. It is an agroforestry technique that is based on the synergy of multiple crops and livestock activities.
Wine obtained using Sangiovese, Merlot and other native Umbrian vines, all from organic farming. Aged in large oak barrels. Don't be fooled by the IGT declaration, it has nothing to envy of the DOCG and DOC products produced in Umbria. Cult wine for Di Filippo's loyal customers. Worthy representation of decades of history of the winery. |
