Bottles like these come from our cellar reserves or from private collections obtained through purchases of lots through auction houses ; purchases from wine shops or merchants of rare and dated wines .
If the wine is dated we cannot guarantee that after many years the wine is still perfectly preserved.
Before putting the bottle on sale, Pierbacco checks the "history" of the bottle and guarantees that the conditions of the bottle are exactly as described and photographed on the product page.
The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause. It will therefore not be possible to request replacements or refunds if the product is altered in its contents.

Description
|
Nicola Gatta's Blanc de Blancs Nature RD is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes with the addition of reserve wines stored in barrels. The vinification is in white with soft pressing of the grapes and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts without added sulphites and with aging on the yeasts for 78 moons.
