Trebbiano

Trebbiano is a fairly shy white grape variety, it is not structured or full of references, however it boasts excellent acidity. And on this acidity you can build simple and pleasant wines like in Romagna or dare to create structured and long-lived wines like in Abruzzo. It adapts to a thousand interpretations, thanks to its resistance, adaptability and its non-invasive flavor that can be manipulated with ease.
