Complex...Precise...Generous... Just like the Brut Resérve, the Rosé Réserve is the fruit of meticulous attention and stands out for its unconventional character. The Rosé Réserve is also the result of only first-pressed juices and the wine benefits from a slow and long maturation of 3-4 years, well beyond the norms of the region.
The Rosé Réserve is the result of a blend of pinot noir, pinot meunier, chardonnay and 20% reserve wines with an average age of 5 years. This exceptional champagne also includes 5-6% of great red wines in the blend , resulting in a generous wine with a beautiful tannic structure.
