Winemaking and Refinement |
Once harvested, the grapes are immediately pressed to maintain their fragrance and aroma. The must thus obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 10 - 12 days until the sugars are completely transformed into alcohol. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine rests for 3 months in stainless steel tanks, the refinement continues for another two months in the bottle.

Intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections Perfume with a bouquet of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit followed by notes of green tea. Fresh, savoury and fruity taste, it has an excellent persistence and a good balance between softness and acidity |
