A wine with an excellent combination of freshness and flavour, which then reveals itself to be rich in fruit, juicy and particularly pleasant. La Passerina is a white wine with a generous and open character, characterised by a satisfying and intriguing sip at the same time. It is a round and inviting white, which offers a simple but very pleasant drink. Versatile in gastronomic pairings, it is a Passerina that you would never stop drinking. Product suitable for vegan consumption. |

Production technique |
Grapes are hand-picked in mid-September. After destemming, cold maceration and soft pressing are performed. The resulting must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 12 days at 16/18°C with controlled yeasts. It is then refined in the bottle for 2 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics |
With a bright straw yellow color, the nose expresses fruity notes with fresh nuances of rennet apple, ripe pear, broom flowers and jasmine accompanied by a fresh and balanced acidity. |
Pairings |
It is recommended to pair with grilled fish, vegetable tempura and oysters. Serve at a temperature of 10/12°C. |
