Jacquesson
Jacquesson - Champagne Cuvée n° 744 Extra Brut cl75
Description |
The blending of wines from the same vintage, coming from dozens of parcels, is completed with some of their predecessors: the "vins de réserve", kept in the cellar for several years. In this process it becomes essential to capture the best of each vintage, without denying the variations specific to each harvest. The "Cuvées" are numbered to date them and to highlight their different personalities. Vintage 2016 : Grapes harvested in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (55%), Avize and Oiry (45%). Winter and spring are extremely rainy. Temperatures, initially mild, drop from the end of February, with strong frosts until the end of April. The last part of spring is sunny, but cool while the summer is very hot and dry. |
