Tasting Notes |
Appearance: deep ruby red with intense purple reflections.
On the nose: fresh, fruity, sweet and elegant aromas forcefully impose themselves. On the palate: ample and warm entry that then opens into multiple flavors attributable to a rich and concentrated wine. The fruity and vinous naturally prevail, leaving a long and pleasant aftertaste. It is advisable to serve it at a temperature of 18-20°C. A wine for the whole meal "by tradition" of the Langhe. It is also perfect for snacks based on cured meats and cheeses or to open the meal with meat dishes and sliced meats. Pasta-based first courses, risottos, soups and red meats, especially grilled ones, enhance its good body and pleasant drinkability. |
