VINIFICATION: in stainless steel tanks for 18 days at a controlled temperature from +18° to +22° C. REFINEMENT: storage in the cellar at a constant temperature of + 12° C, stabilization in cold storage until bottling. |

Straw yellow in colour with slightly amber reflections. Fruity and floral scent of banana, pineapple and wisteria flowers. With a persistent flavour, excellent body and just the right harmony.
