Winemaking and Refinement

VINIFICATION: In stainless steel containers thermo-conditioned at a controlled temperature of 16° to 20°C for 15-20 days and a part in “barrique” and “tonneaux”. REFINING: Storage in the cellar in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 12°C -15°C on its fine lees, stabilization in cold storage before bottling. |
