Montevertine – Il Duemilaventuno di Sergio Manetti 2021
Montevertine's tribute to its founder: a pure, elegant, and profound Sangiovese that embodies the most authentic essence of Chianti.
Il Sergio Manetti Duemilaventuno is a celebratory wine created by Montevertine , one of Tuscany's most iconic wineries. Dedicated to founder Sergio Manetti on the centenary of his birth.
Produced in a limited edition and exclusively in Magnum format, a production of 1000 magnum bottles housed in an elegant larch wood case.
The label, again selected from the works of artist Alberto Manfredi, is an unpublished linoleum from the 1990s depicting Sergio with a model.
The 2021 vintage stands out for its elegance and structure: a pure Sangiovese aged for over 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, capable of combining depth, finesse and extraordinary longevity.
