Tormaresca represents the Antinori family's Apulian project, aimed at enhancing the territory through modern, regional and elegant wines, capable of best expressing the authentic character of the region.
The Chardonnay grapes are harvested at the moment of perfect ripeness and vinified at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness, fruity aromas and pleasant taste.
The result is a balanced and versatile white wine, with an intense aromatic profile and a pleasant softness.
