At Pierbacco.com, we ship your orders with the utmost care, using certified and secure packaging to ensure that every bottle arrives intact and perfectly protected. Deliveries are handled by selected express couriers and are trackable at all times.

PierBacco.com and its partners accept orders for delivery within Italy, including the major islands.
PierBacco.com and its partners accept orders for delivery within Europe, to the main member states of the European Union.

PierBacco.com cannot guarantee that multiple products purchased at the same time will be delivered in a single shipment, nor that multiple shipments will arrive at their destination at the same time. A specific delivery date or time cannot be guaranteed, as this depends on the courier, the destination address, and the delivery person. PierBacco.com cannot therefore be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from these timeframes. Unless otherwise specified during the purchase process, delivery of the ordered items is intended to be at street level.

When shipping bottles, PierBacco.com uses patented packaging approved by the courier, designed to guarantee product integrity. In any case, upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the User must verify that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise tampered with, including the sealing materials, and that no liquid has leaked. Any damage to the packaging and/or product must be reported immediately, including a written reservation for inspection on the courier's delivery note.

If the goods are not delivered within the specified timeframe, the User must notify PierBacco.com, which will verify the status of the shipment and identify any discrepancies directly with the courier.

Pierbacco.com reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether or not to proceed with a shipment. If the delivery requires special and/or non-standard packaging, or if the delivery is to highly remote locations, war zones, or locations such as small islands, we reserve the right to charge the customer a higher rate than those listed and/or to cancel the order.

Delivery times

Orders are normally processed within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation. Shipments to Italy typically take 1-3 business days, while delivery times to European Union countries may vary from 3 to 15 business days, barring any courier delays that are not attributable to Pierbacco.com.

Goods will be shipped within the maximum timeframe indicated in the offer terms and conditions. In any case, PierBacco.com undertakes to ship the goods within 10 working days from the order date.

Protected packaging

All products are packaged in specific, impact-resistant, and fully recyclable bottle packaging. This system allows us to offer reliable shipping and minimize the risk of breakage during transportation.
If the products are not considered "standard" and require special, non-standard packaging, we reserve the right to charge a shipping surcharge, which will be calculated at the time of shipment.

Shipment tracking

The User may be notified by email when the product is shipped from Pierbacco.com. The User will be notified, if available, of the courier's name and the shipment tracking code ("Tracking"), through which it will be possible to track the status of the order.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, the amount spent, and the order total.

Important information
